IC Heating after application of PLL???? (wadkarharish)

Hello Guys,I have written a uart code on PIC24FJ256GB110, m having 8MHz crystal and using PLL i have achieved FCY=16MHz, now initialization of uart is as follows i.e. m using uart at max speed for FCY=16MHz (U1BRG = 0).I want to know applying PLL and work..
