Sleep mode current consumption problem. (hasanyildiz)

I am using PIC24FJ256GB106 with internal oscillator.I use RTCC,UART,SPI,I2C and ADC modules.When I put the microcontroller into sleep mode, sleep current either 6 micro ampers or nearly 400 micro ampers.All external chips are powered down with power switc..
