There's a way to capture the last program counter address before a WDT reset? (E_Blue)

I'm working on a PIC24FJ1024GB606 and it works fine until some point the device is halted and doesn't even detect the USB attach. The period from the start to the WDT reset can be any time but usually is over 2 days.Any idea how to detect that address by ..
