Input capture 32 bits with input synchronisation does not works correctly (Elektron89)

Hi, I have a PIC24EP512GU810 and I would like to create an input capture 32 bits from two 16 bits input capture (IC1 & IC2) and reset/synchronise it from a Timer. Actually I have set these two inputs capture in cascade mode, with clock system of 60MHz..
